Please Bring: (1)
A recent photo of your child,
(2) An original & copy of your child’s birth certificate
(NEW REGISTRANTS ONLY),
(3) You may print & fill out the the registration forms
in advance
(see FORMS page the last week in March),
(4) $125.00
registration fee, $60.00 for FLAG or CHALLENGER.

Note: REGISTRATION
RATES ARE HIGHER for those registering on or after
August 1, 2010. Late registration will be $150.00 for tackle/cheer;
and $75.00 for all flag participants.
COACHING APPLICATIONS
We are only accepting
HEAD coaching applications at this time.
Turn in your applicationto the Football or Cheer Commissioner.
NOTE: A $5.00 fee is to be included with all coaching applications
for the 2010 season.
This fee includes your background check and sideline pass
for the 2010 season.
