All NEW HEAD COACHES OF ALL FOOTBALL TEAMS (Flag through Midget)
MUST TAKE THE ON-LINE COURSE, print the certificate, and have it with the
team paperwork at Book Certification. The course is good for 3 Years
so anyone who took it the previous 2 years is still in good standing.
